Order processing and production in France

Every order is checked by the Planning Manager (customer file, sales conditions, delivery dates) and then entered in the CAPM system, which allocates the article codes and any additional ID codes.
The Production Director checks the delivery dates taking into account the customer’s requirements, the production load and the week’s demands, the order destination and the stock position.
After their confirmation, 5 copies of the order are printed as an aid to production management, assembly and dispatch. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the customer. A weekly meeting between the Production Director, the Planning Manager and all the workshop managers covers all current orders and the future deliveries to be made.
